## 1. Digital Product & Recorded Course Policy
All recorded courses, digital products, downloadable materials, templates, ebooks, and online training content sold on Ecomaholics are non-refundable and non-returnable once access has been provided.
Since digital products can be accessed, viewed, copied, or downloaded instantly, refunds cannot be processed after course access is granted.
## 2. Live Training Programs
For live online or offline training programs, workshops, or mentorship sessions:
* Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
* In exceptional situations, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Ecomaholics management.
* If approved, processing charges, payment gateway charges, taxes, and administrative charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
## 3. Duplicate Payments
If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments for the same course or service, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.
Refund processing for duplicate payments may take 7–15 working days depending on the payment method and banking process.
## 4. Technical Issues
If a learner faces genuine technical access issues related to course availability, login, or payment confirmation, our support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Refunds will not be provided for:

## 5. Course Access Validity
Recorded course access validity is limited as per the plan purchased. Once the validity period expires, access may be restricted automatically.
No refund or extension will be provided due to non-usage during the validity period.
